Faculty of Resource Management
The courses of study offered at the Faculty of Resource Management are quite unique within Germany by virtue of their orientation towards practice as well as their innovative and multidisciplinary approach. Our graduates are “mature personalities” with excellent integrated management skills in ecology, economics and engineering as well as people skills.
The Faculty of Resource Management offers three Bachelor courses, each of which lasts six semesters:
- Forestry
focuses on land use and resource conservation, business management, forest assessment, forest education, tourism, and landscape as well as forest and landscape surveys - Arboriculture
focuses on urban grove and habitat evaluation, maintenance, planning, and development of urban green space - Business Administration and Engineering
focuses on electrical engineering, production engineering, computer science, environmental engineering as well as environmental and quality management
We also offer 2 innovative Master courses of 4 semesters each for graduates from university and technical colleges with different study profiles:
- Regional Management and Business Promotion
- Renewable Resources and Regenerative Energies
