Application / Admission

In order to apply at HAWK Hochschule Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen you need to submit an online application which is possible within six weeks before the application deadline. Once submitted you need to print the application form, sign it and send it to HAWK Hochschule Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen (International Office) together with all documents mentioned on the form. Once we have received your application we have to
validate whether your documents and certificates can be regarded as equivalent to a German qualification for admission to higher education. The validation takes place as soon as we have received the complete set of application documents (for necessary application documents see below). Without these documents we cannot process your request or – if applicable – sign you up for the preparatory course (Studienkolleg).

If you need to apply before you have access to the online application, you need to fill and sign our preliminary application form and send it to us with all the required documents. Additionally you need to submit the online application shortly before the application deadline. Otherwise, it is not possible to sign you up for a place to study.
